Welcome to GG Star Beauty. By booking a service, visiting our salon, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a respectful, safe, and professional experience for both our clients and staff.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your spot.
Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged the full service amount.

2. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. Late arrivals may still be charged the full service fee.

3. Payments

We accept cash, major credit cards, and other approved digital payment methods. All payments are due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.

4. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be safe for the client or staff.

6. Age Policy

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive certain services (e.g., semi-permanent makeup). Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

7. Privacy & Respect

All client information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ask that all clients treat staff and other guests with respect and kindness.

8. Right to Refuse Service

GG Star Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is under the influence, or violates our salon policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted indicates your agreement to those changes.

Return and Refund Policy

At GG Star Beauty, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and education offerings, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances except in cases of verified medical emergencies.

1. Makeup & Beauty Services

All payments for beauty services, including but not limited to microblading, powder brows, lash lifts, microneedling, and semi-permanent makeup, are non-refundable.

We take the time to consult with each client thoroughly before beginning a treatment to ensure satisfaction with the chosen service.

2. Classes & Training Programs

All bookings and payments for makeup classes, workshops, and professional trainings are final and non-refundable.

Exception: A refund or credit may be considered only in cases of:

A death in the immediate family, or
A medical emergency with official documentation from a licensed medical provider.

Supporting documentation must be submitted within 72 hours of the missed class to be considered. All decisions are at the sole discretion of GG Star Beauty.

3. Rescheduling

We may allow a one-time reschedule for classes if requested at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled date. Rescheduling within 7 days of the class may incur a fee or be denied depending on availability.

4. Product Sales

All product sales (if any) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products, tools, or kits once they leave the studio.
